Liability
Use of the STASA website is subject to the following conditions:
1. As a service provider under Section 8 Paragraph 1 of Federal Law TDG, STASA is liable under general
regulations for all content made available for use. It cannot however accept responsibility for
physical or mental damage caused by the use of said content, unless caused deliberately or as a
result of gross negligence.
2. Authors' names are given specifically for copy originating from third party sources. In such
instances content responsibility lies with the author of said copy or the person/company
commissioning their services
3. In keeping with Section 8 Paragraph 2 of Federal Law TDG, STASA is under no obligation to monitor,
check or if necessary investigate information sent or stored by third parties indicating illegal
activities.
4. STASA states expressly that it has no title to content of third party websites accessed via
hyperlink and can therefore not guarantee content correctness, completeness or availability.
STASA has no influence over current or future design nor over the content of linked pages.
Registration of visits
All visits to our server are automatically logged, with records kept of the date, IP address and
pages read. Data may be evaluated for statistical reasons and if necessary published anonymously.
Use of our server is hereby subject to these conditions. Users not in agreement with STASA
practice may forgo use of the website of their own volition.
