STASA QC - Process Optimisation, Quality Forecasting and
Prozess Control

With our award-winning software STASA QC it is possible to perform quality optimisations for manufacturing processes combined with a reduction of production times and setting-up times. Furthermore STASA QC provides an online quality forecast for all quality features (continuous and attributive) of a product, leading to a 100% quality control with appropriate precision.

Via process models, based on self-generating neuronal networks developed by STASA, each quality feature may be determined from online sensor data. The forecasting tools are generated by STASA QC automatically. In addition the automated identification of the relevant process parameters improve the knowledge about the manufacturing process. Since the application of the software neither requires a profound mathematical knowledge of the process itself nor of the forecasting methods, an easy application to a wide range of manufacturing processes is possible. Application fields are for example: aluminium die-casting, continuous and cyclical welding processes, bonding processes, extrusion processes, production of plastic films, production of hardboard-plates, manufacturing of technical tubes, injection moulding.

The advantages of STASA QC:

  • Design of Experiment
  • Working Point Optimisation: Optimal Production Conditions from Manufacturing Start
  • 100% Online Forecast of all Quality Features (continous and attributive)
  • Prozess Control: Detection of Prozess Drifts
  • User Friendly: No Expert Knowledge Required
  • Increase of the Process Knowledge: Automatic Identification and Visualisation of the Relevant Process Parameters
  • High Reliability of Results: Robust and Tested Algorithms
  • Automatic Report Creation
